located inside a turn-of-the-century, 30,000 s/f former
garment mill… converted into studio
workspaces…
Our inspiring creative environment
includes post-and-beam construction, 16ft-high ceilings,
natural light, hardwood floors and a community of
professional, emerging and part-time artists to share
& collaborate with.
Located in the Eastlake area of Chattanooga, at
the crossroads of residential housing, commerical
businesses, industrial warehouses and easy interstate
(I-24) access.

Studios & Artists |

The Rivoli Art Mill studios are available to
visual, performing, sculptural, multi-media, teaching, as well
as non-compartmentalizable artists.
Private studios range in size from 240 s/f to 1,200 s/f. Larger
sizes can also be arranged (even up
to 13,000 s/f!)
Prices start
at @$200 per month including utilities (can you
say "cheap"?)
We are currently home to a diverse group that includes
professional artists, art instructors, craftspersons, art and
media-related small businesses. |
