The Rivoli Art Mill is located in the Eastlake area of Chattanooga, at the crossroads of residential housing, commerical businesses, industrial warehouses and easy interstate (I-24) access.    We are on 28th Street, mid-way betweenDodds Avenue and 4th Avenue.   We have secure parking and three loading docks for for working artists, and plenty of off-street parking for large events.
